At Ma'arifat-ul-Quran Institute, we recognize that our teachers are the heart of our educational mission—individuals entrusted with transmitting sacred knowledge through sincerity, excellence, and compassion. This document outlines the global-standard framework of compensation, professional expectations, and ethical guidelines that govern the service relationship (Ijārah) between the Institute and its respected instructors.
All engagements between the Institute and its teachers are based on the Islamic principle of Ijārah, representing a lawful and transparent service agreement. Each engagement defines:

ادارہ معرفتُ القرآن اپنے تمام اساتذہ کرام کے لیے ایک جامع، شفاف اور عالمی معیار کی "اجارہ پالیسی" وضع کرتا ہے، تاکہ تدریسی نظم، معیار اور اساتذہ کی حوصلہ افزائی کو مؤثر انداز میں یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔
ہر استاد کا اجارہ درج ذیل اصول کے مطابق طلبہ کی تعداد اور تدریسی نوعیت کے لحاظ سے طے کیا جائے گا:

اگر کسی استاد کا ابتدائی اجارہ 12,000 روپے تھا، تو وہ ایک سال کے تسلسل اور معیارِ تدریس کے ساتھ 20,000 روپے تک پہنچ سکتا ہے۔
ان میں سے کسی بھی صورت میں ادارہ مناسب انتباہ کے بعد اجارہ میں کمی یا تدریسی معطلی کا اختیار رکھتا ہے۔
ادارہ معرفتُ القرآن کا مقصد صرف تعلیم فراہم کرنا نہیں بلکہ علم، اخلاق اور تدریس میں اعلیٰ معیار قائم رکھنا ہے۔ ہم اس بات پر یقین رکھتے ہیں کہ استقامت، نظم اور اخلاص سے کام کرنے والا استاد ادارے کا سب سے قیمتی سرمایہ ہے۔
